Saturday 9th February 10-5, Sunday 10th February 10-4, with a Laughter Yoga Ambassador and practitioner of 15 years’ experience.

'A breath of fresh air in the laughter yoga world' (Laughter Yoga Trainer)

This course is about YOU, your style, your uniqueness, and how you best develop and adapt laughter yoga skills for your own life.

This approach specialises in adapting and refining laughter yoga for your own particular personal/professional circumstances. It is not the traditional, Indian-style (and excellent) 'laughter yoga leader' course, but a natural, spontaneous and expansive approach.
