Description

This is a joyous workshop. It is a new approach to wellbeing. It combines proven & tested methods to give you the ability to feel more alive, embrace life more fully, and to maintain this feeling.

The workshop is enlivening, energising and expansive. You learn how to be more present, more grounded, and more resilient.

You learn insights, practices and techniques which give you a richer, more connected, more rewarding life. You experience exercises from laughter yoga, mindfulness, natural voice, and movement.

- Experience how joyful embodiment helps you be 'present', resilient and connected.

- Learn to pay attention joyfully so you feel fully alive and able to live life on your on terms.

- Learn simple exercises to build your own easy & effective routine and keep this awareness alive.

- Learn to live a fuller, richer, more connected life.
