An immersion training into the world of Laughter Yoga for wellbeing. Find out why laughter is the best medicine and has far more health benefits than you ever knew. This 2 day certificated course allows you to run your own Laughter Clubs and Workshops, care homes, mental health and wellbeing events - anywhere in the World! and become of a vast amount of like-minded people enjoying laughter exercises and laugh for the health of it. The original Laughter Yoga as devised by Dr Madan Kataria in 1995, which has spread to over 100 countries!

Beware laughter is really contagious ... and I guarantee you will feel amazing after 2 days of this very special course.

Suitable for adults. Clothing - loose and comfortable required
