About Laughter Yoga...

When was the last time you had a really good belly laugh, experienced toe tingling giggles and just played for the sake of it?

"At the height of laughter, the universe is flung in to a kaleidoscope of new possibilities." —Jean Houston

Laughter Yoga brings peace and possibilities to our hearts, souls and to each other through the wonderful power of laughter, joy & play. By embracing more laughter in our daily lives we can live more freely, healthily and resiliently.

Laughter Yoga is a resource based, life enhancing process inspired by laughter yoga, the importance of play, joy, energy medicine, mental wellbeing techniques & working soulfully.

“Dal’s laughter workshops are immediately energising and can lift an atmosphere to dizzying heights of joy in moments. Her inclusive nature disperses any nerves, and any ‘awkwardness’ is soon turned into laughter and shared moments of smiles and endorphins. It’s a workout for the mind, body and spirit and an ace team-builder." —Katie Challis, Herd of Cats, social enterprise

Joyful resilience...

Laughing regularly gradually creates a joyful resilience within us which gives us the OOMPH to get through the tougher moments of our lives such as grief, loss, separation, anxiety, stress. It deepens our faith, gives us courage and can lessen our worries.

It's more than just laughing, it's about learning how to apply laughter throughout our daily lives. Within the groups and communities we inhabit. So we can live more fully.

Giving ourselves permission to laugh and to embrace our innate playfulness creates a profound sense of mental and emotional wellbeing. It empowers us to expand our horizons and inner potential. As it's difficult to think and laugh at the same time it's a natural form of mindfulness.
