WHAT IS LAUGHTER YOGA?

Laughter Yoga combines fun and playful exercises with gentle breathing techniques, to teach the body how to laugh without relying on jokes or humor

Laughter Yoga is a modern form of healthy self expression and expands our ability to be self sufficiently joyful. It is fun engaging and interactive.

New connections and bonds are formed by sharing a common love for laughter!


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

People learn to release uncertainties and insecurities through laughter games.

Just 15 seconds smiling changes brain chemistry and 10 minutes of belly laughter is equivalent to 30 minutes of plank pose!
