Kingston University are proud to host this event with Lighthouse Pedagogy Trust to launch their exciting new course for children's residential work. This pioneering collaboration raises the bar for training of staff who work in children's homes, using enhanced technology for skills practice, which you will be able to experience at this launch event as well as learning about the course's unique training approach - social pedagogy. Chief Social Worker for Children & Families, Isabelle Trowler CBE will attend and speak at the event. In addition to the enhanced tech demonstration there will be an industry panel taking questions, and the event is followed by a drinks reception.
