With poor mental health in the workplace costing the UK economy over 45 billion pounds every year and stress, depression or anxiety accounting for 51% of all work-related ill health cases and 55% of all working days lost due to work-related ill health, employers are investing more than ever in tackling the root causes. How will I learn?
The Mental Health Culture Change Diploma is delivered using a blended workplace approach. It brings together professional virtual Masterclasses on a range of mental health at work topics. Self-directed learning, strategy development and action plan delivery.
You will also be supported in 1-2-1 and group mentoring sessions by a workplace mental health expert ensuring you have specialist and personalised guidance all the way.
