About this event
Welcome to the launch of the Illuminating Leadership 2022 Festival. This festival has been co-created by those passionate about shining a light on how we work collectively to address the complex, societal issues we are currently facing.
Collective, system and placed-based leadership is often highlighted as being at the heart of what is needed for these difficult times including Covid Recovery, but can be challenging to implement.
This is an invitation to explore together what it means to navigate the incongruities and paradoxes, the light and the shade, that we face in our work and to discern together what approaches to leadership will serve us well for the work that needs doing.
At this launch we will include reflections from Katie Kelly, Depute Chief Executive East Ayrshire Council and Martin Kalungu-Banda, Presencing Institute and Oxford Business School, Sarah Davidson, CEO Carnegie Trust, Karyn McCluskey, Chief Executive of Community Justice, and other guest speakers.
