Launch of Bethnal Green Ventures 2013
We’re excited to announce the opening of the next round of applications for Bethnal Green Ventures. In partnership with Nesta and Nominet Trust, and with support from the Cabinet Office Social Incubator Fund, Google and Keystone Law, Bethnal Green Ventures will support people who want to change the world using technology – from how we provide health and social care to designing new forms of education, energy creation and employment.
We will be launching our call for ideas for BGV Summer 2013 on March 6th at Nesta’s offices in central London. We’re looking for ambitious early stage technology startups that are trying to solve social or environmental problems and who can commit to an intensive three-month programme from July to September this summer to take their idea from a prototype to sustainable social venture.
Please join us at Nesta’s offices on Wednesday 6th March to meet the BGV team, learn more about the programme, chat to our alumni and find out how you can get involved.
Date: Wednesday 6th March
Time: 18.30 – 19.30 (registration from 18.00 with drinks and snacks following the event)
Venue: Nesta,1 Plough Place, London, EC4A 1DE
