Islamophobia Awareness Month Launch 2025

Theme: Flip the Script

The Council for Mosques (CfM), Race Equality Network (REN), MEND, and Bradford Council are proud to host the official launch of Islamophobia Awareness Month (IAM) 2025 at Bradford City Hall.

This year’s theme, “Flip the Script”, challenges negative stereotypes by amplifying authentic Muslim voices and highlighting positive contributions within our communities.

The event will bring together civic leaders, community representatives, educators, and faith organisations to:

  • Raise awareness of Islamophobia and its impact.
  • Share experiences and strategies to build resilience.
  • Promote unity, equality, and mutual respect across Bradford.

Guests will hear from keynote speakers, community representatives, and partner organisations, followed by networking and opportunities to engage with resources and campaigns.

Together, we will stand against hate and work towards a fairer, more inclusive Bradford.
