For the launch of this first class, Kara of Wellness by Kara, will offer pressure point massage for those who welcome touch, and will showcase her beautifully blended essential oils.

What will the class involve?

We'll invite some gentle movement to begin to let go of any tension and to calm the nervous system. Moving down to the floor, you can either sit or lie down where you'll enjoy guided meditations in a gentle, invitational style. There will time for enquiry and sharing if you wish to.

Do I need to bring anything?

You might wish to bring a cushion and a blanket for your comfort. The studio offers yoga mats. Drinks are not permitted in the studio, however you are welcome to bring a drink and consume it outside of the studio space. Shoes are not permitted inside of the studio.

Is there anywhere to park?

Parking is available for free in Hyde Gardens at this time of the evening, or in local surrounding streets.

What is the cancellation policy?
