This event will be held in The Great Hall, Queen's University Belfast. The Great Hall is located in the Lanyon Building (main QUB campus).

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is a car park located near to The Great Hall. Car parking is free. Please note there is a barrier at the car park entrance. The barrier should be open from 4pm, however if this is not the case please press the intercom for entry.

Is there a virtual option to attend?

Whilst we would like to encourage attendance in person, we are hoping to provide a virtual option. Please provide your email details on the registration page if you would like a link to stream this event.

Will there be refreshements?

Yes, tea, coffee and sandwiches will be provided during the break.
