Launch: Safeguarding Adults in the Probation Service

Join us on Tuesday 25 November, 12pm -1.30pm for the online launch of our upcoming thematic inspection, ‘Safeguarding adults at risk of harm supervised by the probation service in England: a thematic inspection’.

This thematic inspection explored the effectiveness of current policies, the quality of practice, and the outcomes for adults on probation identified as at risk, particularly in relation to suicide and self-harm.

In this event, you will hear the key findings and recommendations from the report. You will also hear some of the effective practice observed during this inspection and get a chance to put your questions to the panel.
