We are running a 2 ½ hour interactive workshop that will get you from going through the motions of everyday life to waking up every morning loving life.

We will help you to understand where you are in life and at work, where you want to go and how you can get there so that you can unleash the confident woman you are already inside so you can be your best at work and in life.

We know how you feel because we've been there. We are Maria Newman and Julie Hartell, two busy working mums, who want to help you get to where you to go.

Maria says, ‘As a mum, I was living for my family and I didn’t seem to feature. All of which was my own doing. So I decided something needed to change, which started with leaving my job. I know drastic. But that was the trigger to taking charge of life and actually understanding my needs and what I wanted life to be like.

And here I am, 5 years later, actually living, even if it can be turbulent at times.’

Julie says,

'When I returned to work, having had my baby, I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. Worse than that, I thought everyone else thought I had no idea what I was doing. My confidence was gone and I couldn't see how I was going to change things.

And here I am, running my own business from Spain, where I recently moved with my family.'

We want to help you to become unstuck. We want to help you return to work knowing who you are, what you want and being comfortable with who you are. We want to help you to live more purposefully.

During this workshop, you will assess where you are in life so that you can steer your life in the direction you want it to go rather than handing that responsibility to someone else or even worse just hoping all will be okay.

You will set achievable goals that will motivate you to progress to where you want to be as well as being given tools and techniques that mean you a thriving not simply surviving at work.

We will take you through an initial assessment to determine where you are in life today against the wheel of life which covers work, money matters, relationships, wellness and the fun stuff, after all life is about having fun. This will help you to identify where any imbalances may exist.

We will then focus on ‘work’ and guide you through a simple process that will bust myths about ‘mums at work’ and get you excited about your work by focusing on your goals and the systems / mechanisms in place to support you.

By the end of this workshop, you will know:

* where you are today and what is out of balance in your life

* what you want to do about it and the action you will take

* how you want to change things and what needs to happen next

* what your work ambitions are and how you're going to get there

* what confidence means for you and how you can develop it
