Event description

Description

We are delighted to invite you to the launch of our ground-breaking new programme Still Ready for Work on 26th November kindly hosted by the Aviva Foundation.

Starting in Bristol and then rolling out nationally, this programme will be the first employer led programme designed to help people aged 50+ find work and builds on our successful pilot programme in Bristol supported by the Anchor Society.

At the event you will hear practical opportunities how your customers and service users can take part in this programme, through:

  • ‘Behind the Scenes’ visits to employers showcasing their range of job roles available, with the opportunity hear first-hand about their recruitment process
  • ‘Digital Skills for Work’ workshop
  • ‘Mid-life navigator’ workshops looking at finances, health and wellbeing and career choices
  • Work placements

Full joining instructions will be sent before the event.
