Launching your Innovative Brand

CUE Business Solutions is offering a series of workshops, accelerator programmes and LaunchPads through the Coventry and Warwickshire Business Support Programme, the activity is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund but free to you.

If you have an innovative Technology-based business idea and have not yet started a business please see whether this FREE workshop would help you.

What we’ll cover:

• The workshops starts.by looking at the role in which brands play in making decisions and building loyalty.

• There are a number of techniques available to build a congruent brand which we will use.

• We will undergo an exercise to determine different brand personality types and the attendees will identify which are most relevant to their brand.

• Based on these we will then identify brand elements (name, slogan, icon, URL, character) and attendees will reflect on their brand personality to start thinking about their brand elements.

• We will then move onto abrand building model called the Consumer Based Brand Equity model, which gives attendees a step by step process to build a new brand from knowledge through to loyalty.

• The session will conclude by looking at future branding considerations and launching new offerings and where they should sit with your brand – with the existing brand or would a new brand be more appropriate. We will also look at brand extensions and in which situations they are most successful.

• Understanding the brand building steps to launch your brand

• Understand future branding options and their implications

Please note - the workshop is interactive and you will need to participate in exercises to get the most out of the session.

If accepted into the programme you will be asked to arrive promptly at 9.30 for a 10.00am start. We aim to finish at 1.15pm. Refreshments are provided.
