Join ParkLife to control the spread of laurel and encourage the growth of native tree species!
During this session, we will be cutting back and felling laurel trees that have spread over an area of native woodland. By doing this, we are hoping native species will be able to re-establish, regenerating the woods and welcoming greater biodiveristy!
This event will be a great opportunity to get some fresh air, meet new people, and make a positive impact on the environment. No experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved.
We'll bring all tools and equipment needed for the day but don't forget to wear approapriate outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear. Remember to bring plenty of water and a packed lunch if you are planning to stay the whole day.
If you'd like to join us for this event, please let us know by booking a ticket here. This will help us get an idea of how many people will be attending and prepare accordingly.
