David Watkins of DHW Architects will speak on the history and importance of building regulations from the earliest attempts to control safety throughout the history of building in Britain, with a focus on London. Louise Brown, Conservation and Environment Team Leader at Huntingdonshire District Council will speak about their recent prosecution for breach of an injunction taken out to stop unauthorised works to a listed building. Mark Bray, a freelance Enforcement Officer currently working at Brentwood Council, will provide 'A practical guide to on-site Enforcement at Listed Buildings’
