About this event

In this session, we’ll be exploring some of the most important and timely developments in employment law and workplace practice. We’ll start with the April 2025 updates and the current position, before taking a look at the ERB roadmap and future planning.

From there, we’ll dive into the fundamentals of equality and inclusion, asking: What is a protected characteristic? What is discrimination? We’ll then shine a spotlight on key areas, with a focus on disability and neurodiversity, gender and gender reassignment, and the ongoing challenges of sexual discrimination and the gender pay gap.

Finally, we’ll turn to the evolving landscape of work itself, with practical discussions on flexible working and the use of zero hours contracts.

It promises to be an informative and thought-provoking session
