Law & Order: SME edition employment law and protected characteristics

In this session, we’ll be exploring some of the most important and timely developments in employment law and workplace practice. We’ll start with the April 2025 updates and the current position, before taking a look at the ERB roadmap and future planning.

From there, we’ll dive into the fundamentals of equality and inclusion, asking: What is a protected characteristic? What is discrimination?
