Event description

Description

Professor Maleiha Malik, Diversity & Inclusion Co-Lead for The Dickson Poon School of Law, invites all students from the School to provide feedback on our work on diversity and inclusion, with particular focus on the culture of the School, and how welcoming and inclusive we are perceived to be.

We want to understand what the culture and experience of the School is like for students of different demographics and from different backgrounds. We want to understand how included students feel in the School, and how appealing our School community is to students. Most importantly, we want to give a voice to the feedback students have shared with us through other sources, such as the NSS, the PTES, or the School D&I Survey, earlier this year.

Specifically, we want to understand the sense amongst students of race equality and inclusion in the School, and what we need to do in order to create a culture of complete inclusivity for students from minority ethnic backgrounds.

Any responses given within this session will be anonymised, and will only be shared with staff working to support diversity and inclusion, and the student experience in the School.

If you have any questions, or would like to provide feedback at an alternative time, please contact Jack Kilker, School Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator.
