About this event
This introduction to Mental Health will challenge the stigma associated with mental health and is open to all employers/employees in construction.
Participants will learn about mental health, how to recognise symptoms and problems, how to protect and promote their own mental health, and where to find help. The training will provide practical tips, action plans and self-help strategies.
Programme Time: 09:00-12:00
The course is free ONLY for CITB NI registered employers/employees. Please have your CITB NI Registration number to hand when booking.
The course is £25 for non registered companies. There is only a small number of these tickets available.
