Why now?
Our culture tells us rest is indulgent. This workshop is a chance to unlearn that belief and come home to yourself. Give yourself permission to lie down, let go, and feel deeply restored.
Book Your Place Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate.
In the spirit of anti-capitalist ethos: if funds or accessibility are a barrier, message me — no one will be turned away.
Frequently asked questions
Not at all. A yoga mat, or any soft surface works. The bed just helps your body feel held and gently breaks the rule that rest has to be earned. Rebel, as you wish.
Ha! You caught me. Kind of. Resting without guilt and reclaiming your worth outside of productivity is a quiet rebellion again the hustle culture
Totally valid. Resting with others can feel vulnerable but it can also be incredibly empowering to know you are not alone in this! Remember always honour what feels safe to you.
Yes. Everything is optional and adaptable. Your comfort and agency comes first.
A bed or soft surface, two pillows, two big blankets, and pyjamas if you like. Comfort is the vibe.
None at all. This is a radically welcoming space. No flexibility, strength, or experience needed just your body, as it is.
