What is the LCEP?

As part of the Lewisham’s Cultural Strategy, Lewisham Education Arts Network (LEAN) committed to

develop a wider forum to bring together schools, youth and children’s services, and cultural organisations to collectively understand and address the cultural needs of children and young people and increase opportunities for culture and creativity in their lives’(Lewisham Cultural Strategy – July 2023)

From April 2024, LEAN has brought together over 30 Arts and organisations and schools in a Local Cultural Education Partnership. We have worked together to establish shared aims and an action plan through a Theory of Change. Central to this is improving communication between schools and arts organisations and maximizing opportunities to share resources and funding streams

There will be a £15 charge per organisation for this CPD event in order to contribute to refreshments and venue staffing costs. Each ticket will allow two members of your team to join us.
