Event description

Description

The final college conference of the year will take place on the morning of the 28th June 2018.

This college conference will be an important opportunity for staff across LCF to explore issues of diversity and how they impact on our curriculum and practice.

The conference will be introduced with a keynote from Dr Deborah Cureton, who has been leading research and development in student success and the equality of student and staff experience at the University of Wolverhampton. Deborah will share her work on student attainment in Higher Education and lead us in a discussion on how we can best create an environment where students succeed at LCF.

Following the keynote, a series of parallel sessions will take place where colleagues across LCF will share the student attainment facing work that has taken place throughout the academic year.

All staff are requested to attend, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
