This session is only for London College of Fashion students. It is aligned to your Graduate Futures start-up and freelancer journey.
Join LCF Graduate Futures for the launch of our annual competition, open to all LCF students. If you have an idea or a project that you would like to develop into a business, then the Enterprise Challenge is for you.
Now is the time to use your enterprising skillset to THINK BIG and be part of the next generation of innovators, captains of industry, and disruptors.
During the event, we will go through the application process, timelines to follow and explain how our consultant team can support you. You will also hear from the 2025 Enterprise Challenge winner, Karolina Kai of brand The New Elders, on how Graduate Futures helped her develop an idea into a viable business.

- Frances Odell, LCF Graduate Futures Enterprise Consultant: Frances Odell is a results-oriented accredited chartered Business Consultant with over 35 years of professional experience working with large corporates, SMEs and start - up businesses across the creative industries. Her focus has been applying both her product and service development expertise along with strategic market analysis and positioning and supporting companies and startups spot new market and product development opportunities.
- Mirela Barbosa, LCF Graduate Futures Enterprise Consultant: Mirela Barbosa is a mentor and consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the fashion and beauty industries. Her work combines research, strategy, and cultural aspects to help develop meaningful brands. She is also the founder of Project M, an emotional branding consultancy aimed at startups and mid-sized companies, launched after completing her MA in Fashion Entrepreneurship and Innovation at LCF.
- Carla Frith, LCF Graduate Futures Enterprise Consultant: Carla Frith is a Buying and Product development specialist with 17 years of industry experience. Carla has worked with some of the fashion industry’s leading brands; H&M, COS, and Topshop. In her role as Buying Manager at COS, she directed and managed a team of buyers, designers and merchandisers to create forward-thinking collections. Carla now works as a consultant for fashion start-up businesses helping them to take product visions into reality. Her work includes supporting founders with trend research, responsible supply chain sourcing, funding through to range development and production.
