LCR In A Day - Quiz Night

Following the main LCR In A Day challenge run on 5th September, we are hosting a celebratory evening on Thursday 18th September, to bring all of our supporters together and recap on the achievements of this fundraising campaign.

Taking the form of a Quiz Night, this event will include the quiz itself, a silent auction and charity raffle, as well as informal networking with the six charities we have been fundraising for and our wide network of supporters.

Quiz details

Teams of up to 4 people will battle it out to be crowned the winner of the LCR In A Day Quiz!

Hosted by 'Quizzy Lizzy' (aka Liz Farrington!), we invite you and your colleagues to take part in the ultimate quiz, testing your local and general knowledge, and supporting our six charities in the process.

Tickets are £10 per person, which includes your quiz entry fee, hot bowl food, and a welcome drink, with all proceeds going directly to our charities. Massive shotout and thanks to D'Vine Catering who are sponsoring the food on the night.

Additional refreshments will be available throughout the evening on a donations bar basis.

You can either book as a team of 2-4 people, or we can pair people together on the night if you’d rather book individually.

Silent auction details

We have a fantastic list of items, kindly donated by organisations across the Liverpool City Region, including hotel stays, family passes to local attractions, and sporting memorabilia.

A book of all available prizes will be on display at the Quiz Night, with silent bids being collected throughout the evening, as well as in advance.

Winning bids must then be donated via our GiveWheel account, going directly to our six chosen charities. (Your can opt to keep your name and donation amount annonymous if preferred).

Charity raffle details

We will also be running a luxury raffle in which you could win a variety of amazing prizes, including overnight hotel breaks with afternoon tea, theatre tickets, beauty hampers and much more, again with all proceeds going towards our collective charity fundraiser. Tickets are £10 a strip, and can be bought in advance at CENTRAL TECH too.
