With over 30 years of experience in Learning and Development, I have had the privilege of working across numerous companies and industries, guided by esteemed leaders in both business and the L&D sector. My commitment has always been to support professionals at all experience levels in addressing the various challenges present in our industry. To this end, this is why I am launching the L&D Doctor Clinic, a bi-monthly forum open to all professionals seeking guidance or wishing to share their experiences within Learning and Development. Participants are encouraged to pose questions of any scale, and I will provide transparent, honest, candid and thoughtful responses. Over time, additional industry experts will also join the sessions to offer further perspectives.
