Mark can scrape by in 3 languages, loves exercise and enjoys just messing about with his three children.

Trainline is the leading global platform in rail and coach; selling rail and coach tickets to millions of travellers worldwide. Via their highly rated website and mobile app, people can seamlessly search, book and manage their journeys all in one place. They bring together millions of routes, fares and journey times from 260 rail and coach carriers across 45 countries.

In January 2015 Trainline was acquired by KKR with a mandate to accelerate growth and capitalise on the significant expected growth in mobile penetration, as well as the shift to rail from other forms of transport. In June 2019 Trainline listed on the London Stock Exchange with a closing valuation of >£2bn.
