L E A D yourself

A hands-on workshop, led by Kayvan Kian - entrepreneur, author, teacher and management consultant at McKinsey & Company, who will give you tips on how to lead, grow and thrive in a changing world with a focus on discovering your unique strengths and what gives you meaning in life.

L E A D others

As part of this panel we are honored to have Saskia Maas – CEO of Boom Chicago; Hanneke Spruyt -Country Leader of Procter & Gamble; Michele Ernsting – entrepreneur, Director of RNW Media, Founder of Love Matters and manager of Citizens' Voice; among others leaders at companies like Adidas and bol.com.

L E A D the world

Be inspired by people who are making a difference in women advancement in the world – from social platforms founders, to organizations that are concretely helping to close the gender gap in their domains.

WHAT IS LEAN IN?

It is a global movement sparked by Sheryl Sandberg's book LEAN IN, centered on supporting women to pursue their ambitions and help close the gap on gender equality.

Lean In - The Netherlands chapter is part of the global Lean In community and it reunites a group of Lean In circles* in the Netherlands, that get together to exchange views, network and host inspiring events. Our mission is to move women forward in their personal and professional ambitions, and our core values are: growth, inspiration, support and action.

*Lean In circles are groups that meet regularly to support each other, learn new skills, talk openly about ambitions and get inspired to take on new challenges.

Lean In - The Netherlands Chapter

Lean in - The Netherlands chapter is a chapter within the global Lean In community, formed by multiple Lean In circles in the Netherlands that get together to exchange views, network and host inspiring events. Our mission is to move women forward in their personal and professional ambitions, and our core values are: growth, inspiration, support and action.

We joined Lean in - The Netherlands chapter to grow together, to make a difference, to inspire and empower one another; to change the world one step at a time. We believe in education, self-growth, community support and communication as instruments to reach gender equality. We aim at creating a ripple effect via our events, where we learn new skills from experts, get inspired by thought leaders, exchange ideas and grow our network to create a more equal world
