Lead The Change Bystander Intervention Training, online/Cardiff

Have you ever heard a sexist joke, comment or insult against women or girls and wished you’d said something to challenge it? Maybe you’ve seen something you weren’t okay with but didn’t have the confidence or skills to intervene ?

Bystander intervention training is about upskilling everyone to intervene in these sort of situations. It’s based on the idea that by intervening in small ways we can all play a part in preventing more severe harms against women and girls - like sexual violence and domestic abuse.

Session 1 & 2 take place online, session 3 is in person at Sport Wales, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff.
