Prif amcan LEADER yw rhannu dysgu, ac wrth i ni gyrraedd diwedd y rhaglen, rydym yn ceisio casglu'r wybodaeth hon er budd y prosiectau yn ogystal â darparu adborth i'n cyllidwyr.

Rydym yn falch y bydd Emma James o brosiect LEADER Adeiladu Capasiti Sir Benfro i Ofalu yn ymuno â ni i roi trosolwg o daith ei phrosiect a’i brofiad o ddatblygu prosiect sy’n dylanwadu yn Sir Benfro cyn, ac yn ystod pandemig Covid.

We will be exploring through your shared experiences and learning if there is potential for collaborative working across projects, and if so, what support you may need from us, and what future opportunities may become clear.

It is a key aim of LEADER to share learning and as we move to the end of the programme, we aim to capture this information for the benefit of the projects as well as feeding back to our funders.

We are pleased Emma Baines from LEADER project Women of West Wales (WOWW) will be joining us to give an overview of her project journey and experience of developing an impactful project in Pembrokeshire before and during the Covid pandemic.
