The LFAurora/Future Leaders Alumnae Group at the University of Hertfordshire

We are a group of academic and professional women at the University of Hertfordshire, all of whom attended the ‘Aurora Programme’ or the 'Future Leaders' programme.  The ‘Aurora  Programme’ and the 'Future Leaders Programme' are leadership development  programmes  for  women  only. The first is provided by the Leadership  Foundation  for  Higher  Education (now AdvancedHE) and the latter by the University of Hertfordshire (UH). Both  programmes are aimed  at  women  who  currently  work  in  the  UK  Higher  Education  Sector  and  aspire  to  become  the leaders of tomorrow. The main drive for both these programmes is to address the under-representation of women in leadership positions in the sector, something both AdvancedHE and the UH are very committed to do.
