Do you have a desire to develop your leadership skills within the context of church ministry? Would you like to learn key principles from experienced leaders to help increase your confidence? Then this course is for you...

Leadership 360 is designed to create a unique opportunity for any aspiring leader to learn from guest senior leaders involved in cutting edge churches across the UK. The course runs over seven Wednesday evenings starting May 2019 - March 2020 and includes world-class coaching within a limited capacity environment to aid focussed Q&A and ministry time.

Places are limited to around 50 places to create an opportunity for more personal engagement with each guest speaker which will allow you to get this most from this unique course experience - so book yours before it's too late and take advantage of over 13 hours of dedicated ministry to help you develop your own leadership potential. Please be aware that the course is only open to delegates aged 16 and above.

The course will also include refreshments each week along with high quality materials that include several books that either relate to the course or written by the speakers themselves.

There are seven sessions in total that all take place on the Wednesday evening's listed below. Doors will open at 7pm and sessions begin at 7:30pm - approximately 9:30pm.

SPEAKERS INCLUDE:


John Glass

John Glass commenced in ministry in 1968. He has pastored churches in England, Scotland and Wales and planted four churches. In 1999 he was elected as General Superintendent of the Elim Pentecostal churches and led that Movement until 2016. He has served on the Board and Council of the Evangelical Alliance and was Chair of Council 2014-2018. In 2017 he was awarded the Lambeth Cross by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Gabriel Chan

Gabriel loves teaching and opening up the word of God in ways that inspire fresh passion and engagement in the Christian life. He is an Associate Minister at Kensington Temple in London. He is Principal of the International Bible Institute of London and presents his own TBNUK show “Embracing the Challenge”. He has completed a Masters in Biblical Studies at King’s College London.

Steve Campbell

Steve is Senior Pastor of The C3 church in Cambridge which is fast growing and demonstrating recognisable influence across many areas of society. He has a commitment to raising and equipping leaders. This is done through consulting with churches, heading up The C3 leadership academy, hosting GLS events and lecturing on strategic leadership with Mattersey Hall following the completion of his MA in Missional Leadership in 2015.

Del Jones

Del Jones alongside her husband Grayson are the visionaries and pioneers of Legacy Church. Del’s heart is to see people connect with God and to see the Local Church influence their communities. At home in Legacy Church, Del is loved and respected for her infectious zeal for life and desire to see people find true freedom in Christ. Del oversees all the Legacy Staff and runs their Leadership Academy. She has a Masters Degree in Practical Theology.

Dominic De Souza

Dominic is one of the national leaders of the Elim Pentecostal Churches. An award-winning Theology student at Cambridge University, Dominic started as an assistant pastor and Director of Training at KT in London. Dominic and his wife Catherine now lead One Church in Norwich. He has a passion to develop leaders in the Church and the marketplace whilst also helping believers defend and articulate Christian truth clearly, intelligently and powerfully.

Phil Shaw

Phil Shaw has been the Senior Pastor for King’s Church Cambridge for the last 5 years and served as Zone leader on behalf of AoG’s London & East Area Leadership Team. Phil has been involved in areas of leadership within the church for over the last 14 years and primarily focusses on the equipping of everyday believers to find their place in the Great Commission, particularly in the area of the prophetic.

John Andrews

John has been in full-time Church leadership since 1987. Though called to the UK, John has ministered in over 30 nations of the world with a passion to equip and inspire leaders as well as empower followers of Jesus into effective lifestyle and service. He holds a Masters degree in Pentecostal and Charismatic Studies and a Doctorate from the University of Wales and has authored thirteen books.
