This programme, developed in a partnership between the Sussex Health and Care Partnership (SHCP) and Brighton & Sussex Medical School (BSMS), is based in the BSMS successful 'Leading for Quality' series of programmes 2015-18, which focused on improving individuals' ability to lead and change healthcare services.

The module draws on the BSMS postgraduate Healthcare Leadership modules and is aimed at Public Involvement and Communications leaders actively involved in, or with an interest in, leading and transforming health and care services.

The four-part programme, over one block of two days and two follow on days, will provide an overarching understanding of the organisational context for change in health & care service settings, with an emphasis on enabling participants to contribute more effectively to leading and improving the design of communications and public involvement initiatives.

The programme will launch in the first quarter of 2021.
