Event Details

“Over the next three to five years, more than three quarters of businesses (77%) expect to increase the number of employees using higher-level skills in their jobs”*

As a business owner or HR/OD professional, you are invited to attend a panel discussion and networking session.  We will focus on how we can address the skill gaps going forward, particularly  the need to upskill managers and leaders in both technical and soft skills in order to remain competitive.  The panel will look at the key skills required by leaders and managers in shaping the workforce of the future and how HR can best support the business to bridge the gap.  With the military community due to increase by 4,000 in the area over the next 5 years we will also look at how their wide pool of skills can be harnessed.
