Bringing about lasting, purposeful change in your subject can be a daunting prospect for new and experienced subject leaders, but one that is necessary for progression in curriculum design and implementation.

This session will be led by Helen Fordham and Claire Stafford; both Associate Headteachers with expertise in Leadership and Curriculum Development. Together we will look at the Leadership and Management Toolkit and consider how this is used by subject leaders to ensure an effective approach to development. We will consider how leaders engage with research, work with others on their team and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of this process.
