Leadership and Management Training

We are very delighted to be able to offer a Management and Leadership training day here at Community Reach House facilitated by Havering Volunteer Centre.
Kay Kelleher will be conducting the training and she brings with her over 25 years’ experience working in and with the voluntary sector, 14 of those as Chief Executive or Senior Manager working alongside staff and volunteers within voluntary and community organisations. Kay Kelleher has extensive experience in Management and Leadership, having worked with partners across all sectors she understands the motivations and drives for change, as well as the barriers and challenges.
With a BSc in Social Science with Social Policy and Politics and an MSc in Social Policy Kay brings a wealth of knowledge to training and development.

There will be light refreshments on offer throughout the day but please make arrangements to supply your own lunch.
