We are excited to announce our new certified Leadership and Professional Development (Healthcare) Programme, in conjunction with King’s College London, which will be available to all visiting professionals, international clinicians and those working within healthcare.

The programme will enable participants to gain feedback and understanding into themselves and their leadership styles, providing insight and self-awareness.

This is an online course, which is to be completed at your convenience (however it will need to be completed within 6 months)

Upon completion, participants will:

  • Understand what makes an effective leader in healthcare through exposure to different and contemporary approaches to leadership
  • Articulate their own leadership values and subsequent ability to better make decisions as a leader
  • Understand the leadership levers for enhancing employee outcomes, linked to team working and quality improvement
  • Hone their ability to become a reflective leader

A certificate of completion, certified by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and King’s College, will be provided allowing participants to evidence 18 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activity.

Those successfully completing this programme will also join King’s Business School’s global alumni network giving access to future business school content, events and benefits.
