About Ben Cottam // Ynglŷn â Ben Cottam

Ben Cottam is Head of Wales at FSB (Federation of Small Businesses) – Wales largest business representative organisation. FSB is a leading voice on a number of issues relating to the economy including entrepreneurship, self-employment, and business support. Ben joined FSB from accountancy professional body ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) where he led ACCA Wales for over 8 years helping support the development of the profession across the private, public and third sectors. Ben is a member of a number of boards throughout Wales including the Strategic Board for Business Wales – Welsh Government’s business support function and Welsh Government’s Shadow Social Partnership Council. He has for a long time served on the Local Advisory Board of Cardiff & Vale College’s Career Ready programme which delivers career-focussed employability opportunities for young people across South Wales.

About Daniel Jones // Ynglŷn â Daniel Jones

Since graduating with a Masters Degree in Operations Management, Daniel has specialised in working with air travel technology with companies such as British Airways. Daniel is now Operations Senior Business Manager at Boeing where he supports many faculties including the Aircraft Maintenance Apprenticeship Scheme.
