This will be a fun, activity based session with an opportunity to meet and learn from fellow founders as you embark on your journey to becoming effective leaders. This session is suitable even if you are currently a solo founder - it is important to get started on your leadership journey as early as possible to set you and your business up for success.

We will cover:

  • leadership and its importance to your business
  • skills and qualities of effective leaders
  • how your vision and mission ties into your leadership journey
  • practical steps you should take to become an effective leader

This session is hosted by Claudine Adeyemi - CEO and Founder of CareerEar

Claudine is a multi-award winning lawyer and entrepreneur. She read law at UCL and practiced law at a top London law firm. In 2014, Claudine founded The Student Development Co., a non-profit ​providing career-related support to young people. Claudine also founded CareerEar, a site empowering people to make informed career choices with a unique feature enabling career-seekers to ask questions to industry professionals. Claudine is also in-house counsel at Wefarm, a trustee for the Employers’ Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) and a WEF Global Shaper. In May 2018, Claudine was listed as the EMpower #1 Future Leader as presented by the Financial Times.
