Based on Arbinger's bestselling book - Leadership and Self Deception, this two day seminar takes a deeper look at applying its principles in the workplace, creating a leadership style and organisational culture that achieves results through people and relationship rather than at the expense of them.
Organisational problems are almost always people problems. Despite continuous efforts to find solutions, organizations seem to still exhibit symptoms fed by blame, lack of accountability, complacency and competing objectives.What if we could uncover the root cause to why this occurs and why people feel others cause problems and they do not? A lunch buffet at noon, and snacks during the morning tea and afternoon breaks. Drinks are provided. Any dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, gluten free, etc can be indicated during the registration process.
