Based on Arbinger's bestselling book - Leadership and Self Deception, this two day seminar takes a deeper look at applying its principles in the workplace, creating a leadership style and organisational culture that achieves results through people and relationship rather than at the expense of them.
Organisational problems are almost always people problems. Despite continuous efforts to find solutions, organizations seem to still exhibit symptoms fed by blame, lack of accountability, complacency and competing objectives.What if we could uncover the root cause to why this occurs and why people feel others cause problems and they do not? At Arbinger, we believe that despite the best efforts and intentions of leaders to create high performance teams and organizations, they fall short and are often unsuccessful because there is a deeper problem or disease that has not been addressed.
Arbinger has discovered a solution that is at the heart of the human sciences and organizational dynamics: the problem is self-deception. Question: Are any meals provided?
A lunch buffet at noon, and snacks during the morning tea and afternoon breaks. Drinks are provided. Any dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, gluten free, etc can be indicated during the registration process.

Smart casual – Some people find the seminar room temperature to be on the cool side, so you may want to bring a sweater to class.

- 8 weeks before the workshop or more but less than 10 weeks notice carries a 20% cancellation fee
- 6 weeks before the workshop or more but less than 8 weeks notice carries a 50% cancellation fee
- 4 weeks before the workshop or more but less than 6 weeks carries a 75% cancellation fee
- 3 weeks before the workshop or less carries a cancellation fee of 100%
