About this Event

This half-day ‘Leadership and Teamwork’ course aims to enable you to develop a deeper awareness of your own leadership and teamworking style. Through practical exercises, you will reflect on ways to support your team and encourage a culture of clear communication. This is an opportunity to reflect on your role and identify any opportunities for growth and build tangible techniques to support this.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Critically reflect on your own individual leadership and teamwork style and explore practical ways to improve it
  • Develop an awareness of the needs of your team and ways to encourage a culture of clear communication
  • Develop ways to ensure that your team feel supported whilst maintaining enthusiasm and energy

Open to healthcare staff and students at all levels: medical, nursing and assistants, AHPs, administrative, managerial and facilities.
