About this event
Leadership Climate measures the emotional tone of an organisation set by leaders and is created by the leader’s interaction, mood and working style. It represents their inherent feelings and attitudes and is therefore closely related to Emotional Intelligence. The climate created by leaders has a direct impact on morale, engagement and relationships throughout an organisation.
Recognising what leadership behaviours enable a positive and productive climate as a leader is invaluable. Positive workplace climates lead to higher employee performance, engagement and well-being. They inspire, motivate and challenge employees to move out of their comfort zones and perform at their best.
Leadership Climate 360 (LC360)
The LC360 is a 360-degree feedback questionnaire, the product simply and efficiently enables leaders to compare their own self-perception of the climate they create to the perception of others they work with and is part of the Talogy 360 offering.
Leadership Climate Indicator (LCI)
The LCI measures leadership behaviours throughout the organisation and the impact these have on employees. It gives you crucial diagnostic information to inform strategic initiatives, change management and other organisational development programmes.
Course Overview
The LC accreditation is a two-session course that allows practitioners to understand and interpret the climate that leaders create and the behaviours they portray. This interactive course provides an overview of the theory and background of leadership climate, opportunities to practise interpreting reports, and insights into how to successfully implement both the LC360 and LCI across an organisation. This course will certify you to use the LCI and LC360 individual and group outputs.
