Testimonials

  • "I came to Katy at a really difficult moment from both a team and a leadership perspective. It was the combination of her professional ability as she helped me navigate the right path from a company perspective and ensured that each individual action and step I took helped me get there, combined with her personality and energy that was always supportive, empathetic and positive." Aidan Crawley - Founder and CEO, Find Circles

  • “Katy was great to work with, focused yet natural, with a raft of tools to support all the situations that we worked on.” Stephanie Maurel - CEO, Concordia

  • "Coaching sessions with Katy always result in the generation of options that I couldn't see beforehand. Every time I have felt helpless and stuck with a problem or felt defeated by a challenge Katy has been able to focus me on finding resources and seeing numerous possibilities and options available to me to make the progress I'm looking for. Katy has a specific talent for honing in on self-doubt and pushing you to aim higher when self limiting thinking sets in. She has helped me see my worth, ask for more and negotiate more confidently and effectively. She's your coach and your total champion.” Alice Driscoll - Partner, Karelnn & Founder, FairPlay

  • “I have no hesitation in saying that Katy is one of the most engaging, incisive and intelligent people I have ever met. Katy is a joy to work with, she challenges with grace and insight to get the best out the people with whom she works….and she’s great fun to boot!” Radha Balani - Director of Strategy & Business Development, thinkBeyond

It also made me realise the steps I will need to take to build my own processes for success”. Louise Lord - Small business owner

  • “I loved the visualisation exercise and found the focus on taking useful actions for planning core operations extremely useful.
