This two hour, interactive course is designed for anyone with a leadership role in a healthcare setting and is designed to complement our course: ‘Recognising and managing team conflict to reduce risk and improve effectiveness.’ A conflict resolution process will be examined, including: an overview of the process structure, how to manage individual and group meetings, building safety into the process, how to achieve powerful, but practical, commitments to change and monitoring outcomes. Via breakout groups, delegates will be encouraged to explore challenges to the process and how the process might be applied to their own, real-life scenarios.
This course is led by MDDUS senior risk adviser, Liz Price.
Application has been made to the Royal College of Physicians for CPD accreditation.

What's the refund policy?
MDDUS absorb the Eventbrite booking fee when you register, however you will be liable for this fee if you cancel. The fee for this event will be between £4-£6 for this event dependent on your ticket type.
What happens if i cannot access this event due to a technical issue?
Please ensure you have full access to Zoom before booking this course. If you experience technical difficulties in accessing the course you can apply for a refund, however MDDUS are not able to refund the Eventbrite booking fee
