Description

A one day inspiring, practical and innovative introduction workshop to 7 Principles of Leadership Driven Fundraising to help you be a better fundraising leader

Leadership Driven Fundraising is a new programme to transform your leadership in your organisation and help you become a great leader who delivers results. It focuses on the power of fundraising leadership, and is served by 7 tried and tested principles to guide growth, uses purpose for clarity and focus and is driven by a methodology that comes from over 30 years fundraising and leadership experience at all levels and all over the world

Non-profits need entrepreneurial leadership to drive change more than ever. The difference between money raised and not raised, between growth and stagnation is good leadership. Good Leaders wants to find and spark your essence, give you courage, passion, purpose and the right tools so you can be a great fundraising leader. It’s in you to change the world if you lead, not follow.

We are introducing some coaching and consulting programmes, workshops and moments of inspiration to help you, your team and your organisation thrive. Over the next few weeks and months we are starting with by introducing 3 new workshops to help you focus on key aspects of being a better fundraising leader – Pitch Driven Fundraising, Purpose Driven Fundraising and Team Driven Fundraising. More on these soon! If you want to find out more email me at stephen@goodleaders.com

This first Leadership Driven Fundraising Introduction Workshop has two purposes

1. To give you an introduction to the 7 Principles and to share with you, in a coaching environment way to be a better leader

2. To help me get the programme and coaching offer right by receiving your feedback, input and ideas

Who is this for?

Fundraising leaders at all levels, Aspiring fundraising leaders, Heads of Departments or team leaders, Community Fundraisers, Major Gift Fundraisers, Corporate Fundraisers, Trust Fundraising Small or medium charity fundraisers, Fundraisers in big teams

The Leadership Driven Fundraising Introduction Workshop will give you:

An introduction to the 7 principles used in the programme and how they can make a huge difference to you, your team and your organisation. The 7 Passion Principles are:

1. Purpose, principle & aspiration - know why and where you are going and what you are aiming for

2. Atmosphere - Create a space where people and teams can work together

3. Stories - Find the heart and spirit of people and your cause through stories

4. Shift behaviour - Change behaviour through disruption

5. Impact - Show, measure and focus on impact, results and progress

6. Original – Be brave and add your own twist to innovate, create and cut through

7. Nurture – Look after people, build relationships and collaborate with partners

The day will look at fundraising leadership using the 7 principles. Participants will:

1. Bring their own personal, team and organisational challenges to work through

2. Be able to review their own fundraising leadership with a 35-question quiz

3. Work together and with Stephen to share and resolve challenges and opportunities

4. Use the tools and models in each principle

5. Leave with a renewed sense of purpose and an action plan

In addition, the day is massively discounted to cover just costs. Places are limited to 25 places only and are only £36 +VAT (inc booking fee). The reason for this huge discount is I would like your feedback and thoughts before I formally launch this. I’d like to know what you think about the content, the delivery, the costs in the future, and how best to deliver this and reach the people I want to help.

Is there any follow up to the day?

There is! Everyone attending with be invited to a closed Facebook group to support and coach each other through, ask questions and share. Stephen will be dropping in to answer questions on your journey

A personal message from Stephen

I began this journey when I first became a fundraiser, and I have now put together this experience and insight to create these new coaching programmes under the Good Leaders umbrella. This first workshop balances the help I want to give and the value you receive with my need to get some sound feedback and insight before I roll my programme out. When I do launch, the price will reflect the needs of the people I want to help and the value and experience and work built into the programme, so there is a huge value in attending this before its rolled out next year – all I ask is your feedback as we go. I’d love to see you for the day, and thank you!’
