This is an introductory leadership course for those in the church who might be new to leadership, want to know more about leadership, and/or have responsibility, but don’t feel like a leader. We'll be exploring the topics of Servant leadership; Knowing who you are as a leader; Knowing where you are heading; and Challenge and change in leadership.

The course is suitable for ordained and lay people, stewards, those employed by the church and those who are volunteers. The course will be interactive and facilitated by members of the Learning Network from across the Connexional Team.

The course is also suitable for those wishing to refresh or update their leadership skills, knowledge and understanding.
