Working with other senior managers in your organisation can be one of the most challenging things about leadership. But collaboration is essential to success, so cross-organisational working is unavoidable. How can you make sure you're having the impact you want?

In this session we'll look at why it can sometimes be difficult to work with other leaders, and discuss techniques to improve your internal influencing and negotiating skills.

About LEADERSHIP @ LUNCHTIME

These free one hour workshops provide an introduction to topics that often come up with my one-to-one coaching clients. They are aimed at senior managers (eg Heads of Department) who want to think more about their leadership, improve their communication and build their confidence.

Sessions include some input from me and a chance to discuss in pairs / small groups, so please come along willing to participate.

About me

I am a fully trained and accredited coach, specialising in leadership development. I work with both individuals and teams to help them reflect on their effectiveness, build confidence and increase their impact.

I spent 15 years working in senior roles, up to and including Executive Director, in complex and ever-changing environments. I have a deep understanding of the issues facing leaders and work in an open and collaborative way to explore these.
