Sunderland Software City is holding a one-off leadership and management workshop specifically designed for digital businesses on Wednesday 3rd June in Newcastle City Centre.
The content for this course has been developed specifically for the needs of tech and digital businesses and previous courses have produced fantastic results;

The course is designed for learners who are looking to progress in their current job role by taking on management and team leader responsibilities.
This qualification enables learners to understand the skills required to lead and build a team to meet organisational targets and deadlines, whilst developing effective working relationships with team members. It also covers the requirements needed to support organisational change initiatives.

- Leadership skills
- Team building
- Supporting organisational change initiatives
- Developing working relationships with team members
There are no formal entry requirements for learners undertaking this qualification.
Space on this course is limited to 30 however we are not limiting the number of people who can attend from each organisation*.
