We start with an Insights Discovery profile and report to increase your own self-awareness and learn about your own strengths and styles.

You'll be paired with an experienced Connect Three coach who understands your business industry, or your goals and personal objectives for 2 x 60min 121 Coaching Sessions throughout the programme.
